Zallys R6 - The R6 is a 4 wheel drive electric vehicle that has been designed to be used on difficult grounds like sandy or muddy terrain. It is equipped with 2 motors.It's been designed to load up to 1000 kg on flat grounds and has a towing capacity of up to 12.000 kg. The frame is made from steel and powder coated with exterior paint. It can be equipped with several accessories that can be easily intercharged. The 2 motors have an electromagnetic brake that automatically engages when the power is turned off, this brake is more than adequate on slopes up to 30% when the machine is fully loaded. The gear train is in a sealed oil bath, eliminating maintenance, the electric control unit is in an enclosed casing allowing the machine to be cleaned without causing short circuits. All Zallys vehicles are produced with high quality materials and are CE certified according to the latest European normative.

ZALLYS M6.5 - Pedestrian operated electric tug mainly designed for moving trailers.  The M6.5 couples to the trailers on the rear part through an electric elevator adjustable in height and accessorized, standard, with a galvanized plate arranged for any type of customisation. Developing all the traction it needs by using the coupling system to transfer load weight to the drive wheel it can tow up to 7.500 kg on flat grounds. Our tow tractor is equipped with a swivel tiller head that can steer 80°, with a safety sensor which allows to work only in the presence of assigned personnel, with a forward/reverse speed lever controls, horn, bellybutton, on/off keys and a button to activate the electric lifter coupling. It is equipped with an emergency stop, led to verify the charging level and an external plug for a fast and easy connection to the charger. The 800W motor is equipped with an electromagnetic brake that block off the M6.5 preventing accidental slippery with the towed load while on ramps. Equipped as standard with non marking wheels of Ø 330 mm and oil bath gear transmission. The compact size allows modern stage production process methods to be used while creating a safer working environment.
